Default steering wheel control buttons and lights

I wanted to know if I could replace my steering wheel control buttons because a few of them have been scratched up pretty bad from the previous owner. I also have a few of the bulbs out as well. Can I replace all of these myself?

Depends on your mechanical abilities. The FSM procedure for replacing the audio controls requires the removal of the steering wheel. You'll need a puller for this. The other consideration is how comfortable you are working around the air bag. Handled properly it'* quite safe. There are procedures to disable the SIR system first to reduce the risk of accidental deployment.

If this is something you're feeling up to, I can look at posting the steps to follow.
