i dont think the make it 3/4 is the thickest i have seen

some body has to they sudjest the front baffle of all w7'* to be 1". i just can not find it!

have you checked home depot/lowes? if they dont have any ask there where you could find some, they DO make it, its usualy a commercial material (used for commercial businesses)

I bought the working with fiberglass, & the plexiglass ones. They are good. Well worth the money.

3/4" is strong enough for any man. Saves some weight, also. The key element in a strong system is the joints. Predrill, use lots of screws, and glue the heck outta it. Make sure the edges will fit nicely. It'* all in the joints.

what about using 1/2" x2 ????? that would equal out to be 1"
