Yes, mine is an 03. I've never tried plugging it into a pre 2000.

Yep, that looks like what I have. I just didn't realize there was another plug since mine is powered over OBD. Have you tried connecting it directly to a 12V power source to see if it powers up?

Yeah I tried that this morning before work... ran a wire straight from the battery and had it plugged into the obd, still nothing... I opened it up last night and noticed that the one of the circuit boards inside is warped. I think the gauge is just busted. Im shipping it to aeroforce to see if its something they can repair... I just wish I could talk to the ***hole that sold me some junk lol
