you need to upgrade the alt and or the battery...the Big 3.....although you have the battery under the back seat might not exactly apply...but you ahould upgrade the cableing anyway to a larger gauge
many will tell you need a Cap......and be warned that its only a bandaid, and will possibly cause problems with your electrical system in the future

the big 3 upgrade should be your first order of business and done as soon as possible. along with the largest sized power and ground your amp will accept.

my subs
I have close to 2000 watts in my stereo system and have the same problem. I am installing a second battery next week. I chose to go with a kinetik 1400 because alot of guys that compete in db drag use them as well. Make sure that you get a battery with as many cranking amps as you have watts for your system. mine does 1500 ca and my system is roughly 1700 watts. send me a pm if you need help finding a good battery cheap.

I didn’t see if you said what size you are using, but it sounds like you should have at least 4ga for the amp’* power and ground wires. Make sure you use that size or bigger for the battery ground wire. You may want to consider putting in a larger wire from the alternator to battery as well.
