Default Need Help with SIRIUS connection

My daughter gave me a Sirius Streamer GTA unit.
She told me she got it from a friend who ordered it real cheap from E-Bay.

Only thing is it came with no instructions, no antennae, and no wiring at all. :(

Is it useless, or can I use it somehow :?:

Only three connections besides the antennae, FM out, Audio and 12 v DC and all special plug in connectors are required.

I haven't heard of that unit until now.
Do you have the base or dock for it ?

Does your unit look like this ?

OR

Does it look like this ?

Either way you need the following...

Vehicle Dock (which you need to have for hook ups for power etc.) this is included in some car kits, but might not fit your unit as yours may be unique to your unit.

Car kit (which includes Dock, Cig lighter adapter, Mini magnetic antenna, and mounts for W/* & Vents)
Here is a link for the Universal Car Kit:

You may have to contact Sirius and ask them if the universal dock in the car kit will fit your unit or ask a Sirius dealer.

Good Luck,
Dutch

It doesn't look anything like those. It has a swivel mount and a suction cup attachment and is in the shape of an L

Maybe I'll just buy a Sirius system and I'll have a spare main unit.....or better yet a double set up.

Ok so you already have the dock by the sounds of it, because the mount is attached to it.
So you need the the Cig power adapter and the Mini Antenna. Check at Best Buy, Future Shop or another Sirius dealer they might sell them seperately or buy the vehicle kit.
