Any chance this would work? (not for this price though)

Unless you have a reason to change out your headunit (like not having a CD player in the first place) I would suggest getting a MP3 player and then one of those little units that broadcasts the headphone signal over a FM station.

Not nearly as easy, or good sounding, but a viable option.

But $500!!!!

for 500 you could get a nice aftermarket HU that will play MP3 cds and stuff.

Well, I def wouldn't pay $500 for a factory radio. But maybe one would be cheap on ebay. I was just curious if it would physically work. It looks like it'* the same size (2 din?).

actually the the bonnies 92-99 and i believe the 2000+ are a 1 1/2 DIN
