Default 95 lesabre limited stock measurements?

Hi, I am just wondering If anyone can tell me what size speakers are in my 95 lesabre limited. It has concert sound II, not sure if that was an option or standard with the limited. Need sizes of front speakers in door and speakers in the trunk. I am also wondering is the crossover for the tweeters built in? and is there room inside the door panel for a crossover? Never put speakers in before, so this will be a first. I am also wondering about the stereo size itself. I am looking at getting a kenwood DPX308U. Just wondering if it will fit in there okay, If I am going to need some kind of kit to mount properly, any help is always appreciated. Will I lose my steering wheel controls with that unit? and is there a way to hook them up still? Thanks

if you ever need to see what speaker came in a car go to crutchfield.com and find "outfit my car" and put it your car and it will tell you what will fit. or sonic electronics. same deal with the controls will be lost whether you can adapt them with that unit you will have to look up.

Okay, It says only single din will fit in my car...The factory one is so huge though, and the install kits don't really work, and I own no form of rotary tool as of yet. I always figured it was a double din.... Had to work black friday, which is when I am allowed to buy tools for the year....unless of course. It is an 'emergency'.

dremel is one of those tools you buy for one thing, but get a variety pack of bits for it and then you end up using it way more than you thought. the thing gets in places, i especially like it for exhaust work that stuff never comes apart and you can get in behind to cut it with the dremel. and when around fuel you can slow it down so it doesnt spark. ive always been about the right tool for the job, that can be your "emergency" you need to have the right tool to do the job safely

Yeah. I have wanted a dremel for some time now. Except....I bought my first set of studded snow tires for the winter instead! Awesomeness. Anyways. I still don't know If I trust myself in my car with a dremel. At least not yet. I am not looking to go real big. I just want a reliable cd player with some nice features. Still. There is a big peg on the Head unit, that goes in a hole when mounted, to hold it all stable I would assume. With a single din setup...how does that work? They don't line up. Thats why I thought it must be double din. And mounting kits? any recommended brands? Thanks

the websites say its not gonna fit for 2 reasons, one if you get a double din that folds out it wont without trimming the rounded edges out of the dash hole, and 2 because of a plastic wall behind the stereo meant o unsulate the hvac ducts from the heat the stereo puts out.i went in there with some needle noses and just started chipping pieces of the wall out then sanded it with some super coarse grit to make it look good. and if you buy a good enough adapter kit theres no use for the peg/hole. the cage the stereo will come with grips the stereo good and tight.

also, if you end up getting a single din, you might have to chop that wall out anyway. because if you dont, atleast on my car the stereo fits just fine but the trim ring wont fit due to the rounded edges.

heres a pic of mine the day i got the car before i cut that wall out. you can see the primer gray cage because the trim ring wont fit.
