Tune-up on 2000
Looking for some '00-'05 owner input...
With my mpg numbers falling a bit and gas getting ridiculous, I thought I would throw a set of plugs and wires on this weekend. What high-quality 'budget' plugs are people using on their '00+'*? The NGK'* sound nice, but are a little pricey from what I've seen. I know to stay away from Bosch.
Thanks.

The NGK TR55 plugs that I buy are only about $2 each at NAPA, $1.59 at O-Reilly, $1.98 at Advance. Once you start looking at Iridiums, that'* when you get expensive.

Howdy, Harry. Good to see you. Get the non-irridium NGK TR55 V-power'* for under 2 bucks apiece (NAPA) and the NAPA Belden Premium (dark blue) plug wires. About half our top-25 list is running those wires.
