Default car front end kind of shaky when going 60mph+

So its not really shaky but its jsut to the point where it gets kind of annoying. I just recently had alignment done, balancing done and i guess when the shop was doing that i think they said that part of the stabalizer bar ( i know theres 2 of them one on passenger and one on driver) is broken. The drivers is. Do u think that would cause the front end to shake a little on the freeway? Or maybe they made a mistake balancing and aligning?

First off, What kind of tires are on the car? And second, were they road forced balanced?

This is a common issue with the 00+. I for one had many issues with this and just couldn't seem to get it to go away. However, I never replaced my tires. The tires that come on the car from the factory are crap.

The stabilizers could be a culprit. Maybe fix that and see how it goes. But I'd still look into the tires depending on what kind they are.

Front end shake and shimmy can be caused from tire issues, like Pearl_Bonnie notes; wheel hubs, brakes, steering, ties rods, ball joints, etc.

I would encourage you to immediately repair or replace any front end parts that are damaged or broken as noted. A fairly inexpensive fix is just like Pearl_Bonnie mentioned and that a tire truing or a road forced balance. You'll need to look hard to find a tire installer that can do that.

Did you change both the pads and the rotors on the front when you did your brakes?

Also..the tire type is not an issue, its the balance that is.

I had a front end shimmy on my 2000 SSEi when braking at any speed above 40 MPH and it was a wheel hub - which i replaced both.

A easy test is to take your front and rear tires and switch them. If the problem go away it'* the tires. If you still have it it'* something deeper. Then you need to look at rotors, how old are they. A new rotor is about $35 or so each. Jack up the fron end and try moving the tire. Rotation, top bottom, left right, in out. Watch for any play. If you fee any, trace it to the point of play.

if it is the hub, how much does that typically cost for that part. And is it a hard fix?

Lets find the problem before we start picking out parts.

ok, well do u think i should get the tires rebalanced somewhere else? And rotated again? The front end didnt do that until i got them balanced and rotated and aligned. Also should i replace the stabalizer bar link before i start looking for other parts? And replace the rear brakes and pads? The front pads and rotors were all changed at the same time.

Try going threw the tests I listed above and see what you come up with. Then let us know and we can come up with a fix.
