Default Replacing Drivers Window Controls

My lock out switch on the drivers controls no longer works. I tried getting the old one out but, didn't want to break anything so I stopped. Can anyone tell me the proper way to remove it. Thanks

Thanks. Got the switch changed out with a new one.

My problem still exists though. The rear windows and the front passenger windows won't go down from their own controls but will go up. The drivers controls works fine for all the windows. Any ideas?

Thanks
