What is the MALL fuse in my fuse panel?

I have a dumb question and that is What is the Mall PGM fuse because my fuse box does not list this?

The MALL PGM fuse, when removed, will put the MALL (aka, the Body Control Module) into programming mode. This is used for programming keyless entry fobs.

Unfortunately, most Bonnevilles and newer GM's aren't programmed by removing this fuse (and thus, don't have them). For these cars, you'll have to find a shop or dealer with the super-expensive GM Tech 2 scanner and have them program fobs.
