What are the best spark plugs to use for an SSEi ...?

My dad has a 2000 Bonneville SSEi, and was wondering what would be the the best choice for the spark plugs . I know I'll probably get a variety of opinions here, but do you guys know what works well with the Series II supercharged 3800 ...?

nothing platnium.

autolite 105's

or NGK TR55

iridium or copper tipped plugs are the best.

I use Autolite 104's, but i also have a few mods on mine.

105s or 106s gapped at .050/.055
