Well there it went
Everyonce in a while my car started to sputter as I started it and then run fine. So I popped the hood and the first thing I looked as was the vacuum coupling under the supercharger snout and sure enough it was cracked. So I ask you all should I just put some kind of epoxy over it or spring and get a new one?

spring and get a new one... you will only have continuous problems with a jerry-rigged one
|
replace with new, they're cheap.
I also zip tyed all my tubing at the connections to keep from popping off. |
so would I have to go to a dealer or go to autozone or something?
|
autozone usually has most generic vacuum fittings.. check them out first

Vacuum hose
I just replaced the LIM gaskets in my 2000 SSEi and the vacuum T at the bottom of the IM cracked when I was taking it off. I went to all the local auto parts stores AA, AZ, NAPA, Pep Boys and couldn't find the fitting. After all that searching, I broke down and went to the dealer and ordered the part. The only problem is that they don't sell just the rubber T fitting, you have to buy an assembly that includes the hard plastic tubing and several other rubber fittings. The good news, I guess, is that the hoses are now new and cost less that $25. Just thought this might help.

Well thanks for the heads up man. I'm actually going right now to get the stuff from the dealer.
