electronic level control out of control !
Hi all,
I'm new here. Sure hope someone can help.I have a 2001 Bonneville SE, I bought new. Other than the fact that my ex picked it out, just before a nasty divorce, I really love the car. It'* a flashy "maple" marroon color, and looks pretty sharp.
It has had the best in maintainence, thanks to a good friend ,nothing but the best for her!
It has almost 70k miles on it, and I have had to have the calipers, rotors, (luckily, under warranty) and a front wheel bearing hub assembly replaced, evidently a common problem per the dealer.
Just recently, the level control seems to be out of control ! We noticed that the back end is higher than usual. We tried putting some weight in the back and still goes up, even let the air out of rear shocks only to have them be charged again as soon as car is started.
Seems like something in car says it needs to compensate for weight or level even though it doesn't.Definitley out of control!
If any one as been thru this before we would certainly like to know how to fix it.Thanks in advance for any help or advice,
Maryanne
