Water, Water everywhere

I just found a pretty big water leak on the drivers side in my 03 Bonneville. At first I though it might have been the doors, but I found that was not it. The water is coming in from the front and flowing back to the back and collecting in the back foot well. After taking all the carpet out I found a hole just under where the hood release is located. The water is coming out of this hole. This hole looks like it was put there by the factory, so my question is where would the water be coming in at? I've looked, but I'm not sure where it could be. Any ideas where I could look? Thanks

Since you have the carpet out, which means the seats are out, I would consider a supplemental test and run the hose over the outside of the car, especially the doors while sitting inside the car and looking for water entering.

By any chance do you have a sunroof or have you replaced a window motor on your Bonny?

Do you have a sunroof?

No, I don't have a sunroof, and I have not replaced a window motor lately. I tried looking for the leak this past weekend when it was raining out, but did not find anything. I may try a hose this weekend to see what I can find. - I did take a look at the Help, my Car is taking on Water! post, but did not really see anything that popped out.

Well, I found the leak. It turns out it was the doors. I looked sprayed the car down, and found the plastic behind the door panel was leaking. I put new butyl tape on it, and it is water tight. - Thanks to all that posted.
