Default Any suggestions on how to sweet talk a Gm Service Manager?

I have had many of the same issues with my 2002 SSEI 86k.

Intermediate shaft
Heated seats
rear widow motors
trunk leak

I have an appointment set up to look at intermediate shaft, and the Service guy hinted at getting it "taken care of" with all the Technical service bulletins and all.

Just wondering on how to ask politely or what exactly to say to maybe get the window motor or seats done too? Do I offer to get other service done... How did others get this done.

Obviously this car is well out of warranty, and cant risk losing an opportunity.

Please help! Thanks in advance

Jimmy:
If you have always taken the car to them for service then just be yourself and it will happen. If he balks I would point that out to him.

Also a dozen donuts can work wonders of you are there when they open at 07:00.

Ware a low cut shirt and tight pants............

Seriously, what 95 SLE said:

If this is a place you have been going to for a while; be polite, but just ask what they can do for you about the other issues. Specifically ask the service guy who said that, what he meant...use his exact words.....if it is leading toward what you want......make sure they understand that you are all for it.

What do you have to loose? The worst that can happen is they say no. And if that is the case you have lost nothing.

Be polite and relaxed about it.......body language is a big help.

Tell him your future decision to buy a G8 or CTS-V from that dealership hangs in the balance.
