Default new steering wheel on the way, i gotta question

Hey all,

Im bidding on an GXP steering wheel for my 01 model.
How do you take these things apart. Id imagine to disarm the airbag system, id need to remove the fuse. But the rest of the wheel. What gets involved??

Ill post pics when it comes in. should end bidding in a day or so. (please no one else bid )

hey i cancelled the ebay bid
major reason, i think its the wrong color wheel.

if haro reads this, why cant you pull the wheel off by the "wheel" instead of using the puller? what exactly holds that thing on there???

cuz its on extremely tight.. there is no way to pull the wheel without bending it...

the puller with the nuts behind the wheel is the only way to go

The splines are made to make the wheel tighter the further it goes on. Puller is typically required.
