Fine time for this to happen. One week before I have to leave for the WCBF Meet.

Key on, there is no action after many minutes. Push the truck accessory Air button and all I can hear is a click coming from the compressor.
Maybe the compressor is hooped. :?
I will have to bring it into the dealer on Monday and hope it'* an easy fix and the parts are readily available. :(

I am going to guess you checked all fuses first. Can you check that you have power at the swtich? And check the connector on the ELC pump as well, if power is going to it, remvoe the elc pump, and diagnose from there, if it is indeed dead..let me know! I can take the one out of my 93, it works, and im sure they are interchangable.

Fuse is fine. Don't know about the relay.
I think that the clicking I hear when I try to activate the compressor is the exhaust solenoid.

I think it might be the electronics. The compressor is too new.

sounds like the 93 is gone next week...
you probably cooked your relay..might have something to do with the other problem..maybe it sparked something?

If you want to do a quick check of the ELC relay. Disconnect the compressor electrical connector, with ignition on, place meter across pins B & D (DK GRN & BLK), add weight to rear of vehicle and observe meter go to 12+ . This should tell you whether or not the ELC relay along with the height sensor is operating correctly. ELC relay located rear fuse block and is controlled by the Rear Integration Module (RIM). You can run the same test using the accessory inflator switch as the controlling medium in lieu of the height sensor. The exhaust solenoid is an integral part of the compressor. It unloads the compressor for a second at compressor start, then drops a second or so after compressor start. The exhaust solenoid is pins A & C (RED & WHT) at the compressor electrical connector.

On a side note, 92-95 ELC compressors are not compatible with the newer models. And ELC compressors are very expensive, particularly at the dealer. Let'* hope it'* something else.

I checked across pins B & D and got 0 volts with key on and depressing the acc. inflator switch. The is power across A & C.

So does this mean it'* the relay or could it be a malfunctioning Rear Integration Module :?:

The ELC relay could be at fault, or the RIM is not switching in ground to pick up the ELC relay. Disconnect the C2 connector at the RIM, locate pin A7 in the C2 connector, with ign on jumper A7 to ground. Check pins B & D for 12v+ at the compressor connector. You can swap in another relay first also before doing the above procedure as a quick check.
