ive checked the one under the hood and none of the fuses or relays there are assigned to anything that doesnt work. the main one is under the back seat with the battery and all the fuses down there are good. ive even checked a few of the relays and with i known working relay it still didnt work.

You need to check the fuses. Just because it'* not labeled don't mean it'* not blown. I know someone who pulled and rebuilt a transmission because a fuse was blown and not labeled at transmission.

alright tomorrow its should be a nice day, ill get in there and check every fuse i see, any suggestions on checking relays, as in how do i know if its bad?

Having just spent 2 hours chasing fuses and relays for a headlight out, may I suggest pulling the (-) battery cable off the battery and let the car sit for 20 minutes or so and then reconnect the battery. Then check to see if everything works.

I suspect I had a relay that hung somewhere in my system, but I was not able to find it and my DDM did not indicate any problem on the suspect relays. The power off-on sequence cleared my problem.

The only other thing I can think of might be a BCM that'* gone to the dark side.

ok i just went out and disconnected the ground wire from the battery and am now waiting to see if anything changes. could it be another one of the million and one ground wires in my car?

The battery idea did not work...im at a loss.
