Headlights?
where my low beam bulb is it looks either a burn or gray spray paint its very weird i dont know what it is anybody know or can help me?

You mean your high or low beam bulb is burned or its still working and look painted?
Open the hood, remove the 2 bolt that are holding the headlight in place ( the one with your strange bulb...)
Pull the headlight assembly to you in straight line with the car.
Unplug the wire connected to the headlight.
Now you have your headlight, just remove the disfonctionning bulb and replace with a new, available at many place.

not the capsule but the actual headlight, when u feel it, its very smooth and is pushed in a little bit idk ill take a picture of it and post it up...

Are you running stock lamps? Shaynezola mentioned in PM to me that Silverstars left on for an extended period while sitting in a garage without air flow started to melt the lens. I don't know if that would be similar to what you have or not.
