Sunroof Adjustment Question

Is my sunroof supposed to tilt up? When I close it all the way, the back of the sunroof dips down and is not level with the car. I assume there is an adjustment somewhere for the limits of that thing. Someone help.

there are 4 lil torques screws in each corner of the glass supports with slidding groves in them. you can loosen them and raise or lower the glass level. it only works to a certain level and it maxs out. I know on mine it is lower than the roof level too but i think its somethin to do with the track being messed up

all of the sunroofs that i have seen are very poorly aligned from the factory. Loosten the torx bolts and adjust accordingly

I thought i saw somewhere that it sat just below the level of the roof for it to seal properly

My sunroof is not flush with the roof. It does sit a slight bit lower..maybe 1/16" or slightly more. If it didn't, I suspect it would leak pretty bad as CRUNKFUNK alluded to.

Thanks for the info, but is it supposed to tilt open too?

You've got two sunroof options vent and open. Vent it pop's open and is tilted in the rear. Open it slides down and back.
