Default Overhaul Weekend / Excessing Brake Dust/Squeal Drivers

Since I think I almost have overhauled my SSEi this weekend..(replaced the fuel gauge wiper, L Rear Regulator, and FOURTH Intermediate shaft) i don't think much is left! --

Last summer replaced the pads with AC Durastop on the front. The dusting problem almost started to occur immediately with excessive squeal and bias. Next, changed the flex hose, then replaced with a junk yard caliper from a car with 30k. Same effect (and waste of money)

Passengers side is perfect and normal wear. The drivers side pad has worn excessively. Before jumping the gun -- I looked in service records, and the passengers side tie rod was replaced in June 04 when my mom still had it, and I replaced the pass side wheel bearing in January '06.

I'm hearing a slight 'whirring' from the drivers side with the window down.. and yank the wheel back and forth it would get quiet.. I'm guessing wheel bearing..just not up to a roar like the passenger side did.. and I guess just for sanity, replace the drivers outer tie rod end.

I still love the car.. Its mint inside and out.. but my '00 WS6 has not had NEAR the issues.. After this, I think new O2'*, */C coupler, and some fresh hockey' pucks (its on its second motor mount.. and it was changed 5 years ago. ) change it should be like a 'refurbished 00 SSEi' -- everything on it is brand new GM besides the drivers side brake hose.. which I will prob spend $20 and put it back original when I change the hub!

Any suggestions? The shop that does my alignments and put those pads on thought it may be something with the pad content itself.. But I somehow doubt it.

If the hub is starting to show misalignment then the pads will wear unevenly.
If it is the content of the pads you should get warranty?
