Still acting weird! FIXED Torque converter

Ok I brought my car back to the guy who fixed it a dozen times, and he said there only one more thing he thinks it could be that would make it jump into neutral while I'm driving. Well he fixed that and its still doing it!! I don't know what the hell is going on. I have to have my car sit and run for a decent time so it doesn't do that I don't think that is normal. Does anyone know what could be up with my car or what should I do, maybe bring it to a pontiac dealership?

ask the guy that "fixed it" to either actually fix it, or refund your money, then never go back to him again

Is this related to an existing topic that you previously started?

Alrigjht well a little new update on the car. I was driving it today did the same normal acting weird stuff kickin into neutral, well then it stayed in neutral. I pulled into a parkin lot it wouldn't go into NO gears, every gear it stayed only in neutral!! so that dimp S*** guy has it and will see what he says, If its alot I'll be looking at buyin a new car

why buy a new car when the problem is probably the moron you're taking it to. Take it to some other shops and see what they say.

EWC88 10-14-2006 10:34 AM

going to do that but it the moron says that he aint going to fix it for free and allI I'll handle that in a different way, or just screw it and get a new one or something

Does it slip into neutral if you have it in Drive instead of OverDrive?

EWC88 10-14-2006 07:43 PM

It stays in neutral now, like I could of put it in reverse and it stays in neutral, in drive stays in neutral, put it in 3rd stays in neutral, 2nd stays in neutral, 1st stays in neutral
