Im to lazy to read that post... so just get a hex tip screwdriver and remove the 5 or 6 screws that is holding the clear plastic. Then you have to remove the needles(there is a tool for this), just make sure you are grabbing the needle with equal pressure all the way around. With some sore fingers, the needle should just pop off. Then remove the back of the cluster(black piece), the circuit board is glued to the back of the cluster. So first start with the DIC and unplug it from the main circuit board. Then slowly pull it away from the back of the cluster, then do the same thing with the other one.
