Spark Plug Question / Downpipe Rattle

I've read the TechInfo on the correct plugs for mods -- so I think I need to make an exchange :)

It's been a while since I replaced my plugs in the SSEi so i figured it was time for some fresh Iridiums -- I purchased another set of the AC Delco 41-101's -- which I take it are the equivalent to the NGK TR55-IX plugs.

You can see my mods in my sig - And I am planning on adding the Intense Shift Kit and 1.9RR's and drop to a 3.2 pulley and upgrade the fuel pump if it becomes questionable.

Should I stick with these or go ahead and get a colder heat range? What gap? If so which NGK Iridium would be equivalent for my heat range and what gap?

The car has ALWAYS had Premium Texaco/Chevron/Amoco since day one and I religiously monitor advance and KR with my scantool and right now I'm clean -- I don't want to add insult to injury by messing with whats working.

FWIW -- The full Hogan 3"DP and Magnaflow I purchased from MadMike made a WORLD of drivability difference -- I don't 'romp' it much but I can tell its throatier and more responsive just at tip accel from only the Magnaflow 94106 I had prior with stock 'THE RATTLER' downpipe.

Also, If anyone ever hears a PINGING sounds from the exhaust .. Don't rule out the stock DP inner ring at the flex coupler!! Mine broke COMPLETELY loose and was rattling like heck driving me up a wall -- I could have tack welded it back in place but considering how ugly and poorly formed that pipe was.. I'm glad its gone :)

if anyone needs a Magnaflow 94106 I have one with less than 200 miles on it!

Thanks in advance for the help --

Not about your plugs, but I woudl suggest not going below a 3.3" pulley. 3.2" is a bit small. You need to look at your exhaust as well, headers or PEMs.
