I don't hear any sound from the videos. What am I checking for with the pulley?

Thanks

Pull the SC belt off and grab the pulley. Twist it back and forth and check for slop. If you feel the pulley move one way and another with little resistance and then kind of stop where resistance is felt, the super charger snout couple is worn. That can make a noise that sounds similar to what we can hear on your video and would certainly rob you off power.

I checked the SC, and there definitely is some play, so I have ordered a new coupler and I should have it changed out later next week.
In my orginal post; the graph that I have of the throttle position and timing advance cause any concern? The timing seems high and backward, from what I have been reading; the advance should go up with more throttle not down.
It just seems wierd. Thanks again for the all the help.

On another note, I have noticed from the forum, that it is not good to run platinum plugs, I just put in Autolite'* that are platinum, now I will be changing them to copper.

The coupler could be picked up by the knock sensors and retard the timing. Did you also order 8oz of snout oil? You will need that. As well as sealent when you put the snout back on. I use red RTV.

No platinum plugs in a supercharged engine. Switch to copper.

Yes, I ordered the kit from Intense Racing that has the oil and gasket maker.
I will get that done and see if that helps with the KR.

Will switch to copper.
Thanks Dan.

I have made some repairs; changed the supercharger coupler, new egr valve and gasket, and new throttle body gasket. After getting it back together and started, which it started very easily, it still makes the spark knock sound when trying to go WOT in park. It sounds almost metallic on the side that attaches to the transmission. I drove it down the parking lot and with sudden acceleration, it sounded like sucking air.
I am not sure where to go from here. Do I need to drive it a while to see if there are any changes?

Thanks,
David.

In addition to the previous post; I see that more liquid is now pooled up on top of the engine. By reading other posts; I know that I have to replace the intake manifold gaskets. Could those gaskets be contributing to my original problem? And is there some other things that can be replaced while doing this?
Thanks.
David.

Make sure you look close as to where it'* coming from. Is it coming form teh coolant elbows? Or from the gap between the head and the LIM.
