Default Normal Operating Temperatures

Alrighty, so whats the normal operating temps for these cars? I don't have the 180* drilled in yet, and still awaiting APN UIM/ GM Aluminum Gasket LIM, with no aparant leak, but preventative maintenance.

Today was a bit warmer out, on the highway at about 70 mph, I was right between 190-200*. Off I was sitting right between 180-190*, average speed of about 10 mph.

Cool, or nay?

The standard thermostat is 195*. If you have good airflow, like on the highway, I'd expect the reading to be near that. City traffic, it may rise some. I believe the low speed fans kick on at 215, and high speed at 225, so it could reach those temperatures on hot days in heavy traffic. Yours sounds fine.
