Service stability lamp

Is there someway this lamp/chime can be erased or jumped instead of fixing the source of the problem, which i'm sure is the steering wheel position sensor?
Everytime the wheel is turned off of centre the lamp/chime come on...PITA.

Thx.

Was lookin in the owners manual the other day, i believe there's a procedure to turn the volume of the chime down via the radio, but ultimately the beast fix would be to fix the actual problem.
