Thanks, here goes. I had a Taurus SHO that I changed the back plugs totally by feel since you couldn't see a thing on that engine but it seems like these are harder to get at even though I can at least see the wires.

Done. It's a good thing I'm a quick healer so I figure it will only take a week or so for all the scrapes to heal. About 90% of the job was getting the wires to release from the plugs. I gave up on getting the wire off of #6 from above so put it on jack stands and got the wire off from below.
It's a good feeling to be done and as soon as the auto parts store gets the right upper radiator hose in(said I had a 99 power train) and the Taylor's come in, I'll be ready to try it out.

i have checked at the local parts stores (advanced and auto zone) each of them say that first they have to special order the wires and that the part numbers are different for the GP and our Bonnevilles. What gives? i thought we had the same engines. can't i use the wires for the GP on my bonneville? they have those in stock.

Get em from NAPA ask for wires for a Vin 1 00 SSEi. Lifetime warranty. And Yes they are the same as the GTP (also Vin 1) wires. Vin K GP wires may not fit as they dont have to go over the supercharger.
