Default Please help with a few A/C service questions.

Hello all!
My buddies wife has asked me to re-charge her husbands AC while he is out of town to suprise him but I have a few questions first (get your mind out of the gutter!). I have never worked on an American car and I am not sure about A/C especially. #1 I am not sure which line is the High and Low. There is a fill near the radiator and near the back of the motor. Also I know it uses r134a but does it also need oil when I refill it. I got out my ferill kit from the 80'* but the fittings are a little different now it seems. If it is not too diffocult I will go to the Autozone and get another kit and fill it.

I am counting on some good advice prior to undertaking this.

Thanks in Advance!!!!
Jeff

A/C work is somewhat complicated... I would recommend taking it to a shop, especially if it'* R-134a. A simple recharge is not that expensive. You really need a vacuum pump and the correct PAG oil.
