I just had mine done on Monday 35% all around looks good. I was told in Ontario the law is 35% for fronts and 5% for back windows.

'xactly

35% all around too...you may be able to get away with 20% on the front if you plead ignorance or previous owner

15%...haven't had any issues yet. Only people that could give you issues would be a State Patrol, no local cops around here have tint checker.

IL law is any %on rear and NOTHING on the front. So mine are 8% rear 50% front. haven't had one problem, and not worried at all.

Here'* my last car, 96 Aurora just like Jim, and I had 35% all around and loved it, but cops have pulled me over several times for it. Hey Jim just did his 35 just like mine, hum similar dual tips, just like mine, what next like mine Jim? You want my GM service manuals next or something.

Sigh, haven't seen that pic in a while, miss that car some, Maybe Jim will give me a ride for memory lane and all.

My advice, don't push the limit too bad,

My rear windows are 20% I'm going to do the fronts 35%. My thing is this suv'*, vans, and other cars come from the factory with 20%. My Chrysler minivan has 20% on the rear windows, so why would it be illegal for us and not for the auto makers, the law should be for all.
