Default Radio Display on Heads Up

I am bringing this up again to see if anyone has any new info. Talked to the dealer today about the Radio display not updating on the Heads up unless I hit the BAND button and rolling it back around to FM1 or whatever. Next time I shut the car off, I have to do it again. It will display the station if I hit the volume, but it will be the station the radio last successfully displayed to the HUD. Again, hit the BAND button and then everything will work fine.

I told him I didn't want them tearing the radio out and shipping it off if this is a engineering failure. I am pretty sure if I unhook the battery to the car to reset the radio, it will work fine UNTIL I touch the BAND button to go to XM. That is when it went bad again was when I went to XM last weekend.

Anyone else have this problem or know of anything? Does your radio display work fine on the HUD all the time, even if you switch BAND'*?
