Default Valve cover gaskets

Anyone change their valve cover gaskets yet, especially the rear one? I think that'* where my oil smell comes from - think the damn thing is leaking on my '00 SSEI. Is that gasket hard to change?

Default

It gets hot beside the egr valve and causes the gasket to shrink back right above #6 cylinder.
Access is the tough part for getting at the gasket. You need to remove the alternator and loosen the water pump transition, as well the map sensor bracket will need to be moved aside.

If you search for high ratio rocker install there will be more info there for 2k+ bonne'*
