Default Rear suspension not level after Monroe airshock install.

I just install my new MA822 Monroe Max Air shocks for my rear suspension. After complete i took for a short drive they feel much better. But I noticed that my right side is higher than the left. I have a good four finger clearence on the righ side and barely three on the left. I follow all instruction and all air lines are properly connected.

ANy results would be great

the way the plumbing is setup, it should be auto leveling. You either have one side feed plugged, or one side is not hooked up.

edit, if one side is not hooked up, it won't go up at all. the pump will just continuously pump. you either have one side plugged, or a strut that has a plugged input, or non functional air input.

I think sanoma is right. It sounds like something is not hooked up or mounted correctly. Have you taken a real good lokk at the install for possible omissions?

Agreed. There really aren't a lot of options here. Did you happen to notice how level things were before you did the install? Did you replace the top mounts also? As they are pretty easy to swap out, you could try swapping them to the opposite sides and see if the problem follows the shock.

the shock mounts were not replaced but looked fine. I only have 95k on the car. I did them separately so the mounts would not be mixed up. I intalled everthing to spec all bolts properly torqued

reach in and disconnect the air line from the higher side... you should be able to reach it with the car on the ground.. if it goes down to normal level, then there is a problem with the air line, if it stays up its a faulty shock
