Default Thinking of selling the ville

just curious about something and would like to get feed back.

03 SLE Bonneville approx 224000 miles

at some point the trans has been replaced

when i bought it I replaced the whole front end , both axels, wheel hubs , brakes and rotors as well as rear pads.

replaced the ABS module to get the abs and brake light off and restore the trac option

replaced the drain tubes from the sun roof to keep carpet from getting wet during rain

replaced both plastic 90 degree tubes on side of motor because of small water leak

AC and climate control works great cruise , everything works great there is a cpl of lights out on the stereo but plays fine and xm works also

The only thing the car needs is a head liner replaced cost of up to 150 dollars

From what i can gather book value is around 5k most 03'* are between 6k and 10k

Would I be asking to much to ask 4500.00 for this car ?

The mileage is high. I think it may be tougher to sell for top dollar with the mileage.

You have done all the work to your Bonny, and it is a outstanding car... why not take a second look at keeping it? I drive a ton of rental cars, of all flavors, and still can't find many cars that come close to the ride and comfort and dependability of my Bonny. My biggest concern is when my Bonny has its last day, will I be able to find a low mileage well kept Bonny to replace it.

I just saw one in great condition with just a hair under 200,000 miles. It was listed for 3700, took a month and a half to sell for 3200
