need to fix, Rear lateral link, adjustment link
 

So i brought my car in for a suspension check because of a loud clunking in the rear end, and they told me i need a new lateral link and even gave me the part number 905-511 which i was about to order but in the same paperwork it says i need an adjustment link, may be a dumb question but are these basically the same or do i need one of each, they look basically the same to me, the lateral link is quite cheaper than the adjustment link, is the adjusment link basically serves the same purpose as lateral link just adjustable?
