Default Alignment problem...

alrite, i had my alignment done again......the dude at sears says that if i need one again that i will need a new camber bolt? there was another name on the paper but i dont have it in front of me but my question is what are the bolts for it??? is it the camber? if so they want like 55bucks a bolt to put it on... is it something i can do?? can i get new ones from GMDirect??? if so whats the P/N??? they said that the factory ones after so many years doesnt have enough thread on them to contiune usin them... help... thanks!

There are two bolts for camber (upper & lower) that attach the steering knuckle to the strut. I don't know about the 55$ cost to install though. A camber adjustment tool is utilized for camber adjustment. The lower bolt hole is elongated, then the camber adjustment tool is used to set camber angle to spec.

I'm not sure about your current alignment specs but you may need them next time. You should be able to get them a local parts store. They are pretty easy to replace but you need to have the alignment done right after replacing them. Here is the MOOG part part # and description below. Cost should be right around $20 a kit and I believe you need 2 kits for both sides. Double check at the parts store.
