You won't find a lower intake manifold to mount the M112, but ZZP recently adapted the 112 rotors to a M90. That still doesn't get you past all the other problems. Go CVC or Turbo, or an L67 full swap including wiring harness, PCM, and trans.
Or sell your car, buy an SSEi, and mod the hell out of it for less money.

Yep a swap or buy an SSEi are your best bets. Even with either of these your going to have get a small loan to get the MP112 on it. Youll needs heads, intercooler, valvetrain work, exhaust, intake etc... Probably looking at at least 7K easy in mods above getting the l67 base plant.

If I were you I would look at ZZP'* CSC. The highest stage (stage 3 or 4, can't remember). That would really wake your car up, and make it quicker than an SSEi. Not to mention, the CSC is a lot more efficient than the M90, so you have more potential. The 2nd fastest GTP runs the ZZP CSC system. But it isn't cheap...like $3 or 4k.
Thats what I would do in your position. It isn't really worth it to try to buy a different car or do a swap, when you can probably make the car just as fast, or maybe even faster for the same amount of money this way.

If you want some extra power and keep you car you can always convert you 3.8 into a 4.1 stroker motor.

It looks pretty cool. They quote "Our L36 with the stroker kit dyno'd ~240WHP"
That seems pretty good to me.
