Being that I see and work on these vehicles daily, my honest opinion is to look elswhere. Why would you want to spend 7G'* on someone elses problem car. Sounds like it has a LOT of issues. And it can get EXPENSIVE quick. Evap components are usualy avaliable only from the dealer are are rarely on the cheap side. The ABS and Trac systems are tied together and will usually trip both lights when there is a code present. Wheel bearing are the most common failure to cause the ABS and Trac lights to come on. A bad wheel bearing can also cause a clicking noise when you turn. I have heard a couple of them do that. I personally wouldn't spend that kind of money on a vehicle with all those inherited issues

the click you heard sounds like the common intermediate shaft issue

you can use the issues to talk down the price, or have them fix it

The clunking as you turn, as Golden Bullet said is likely the intermediate steering shaft. Lubing often takes care of it for a while. Or a new, redesigned one can be purchased. The procedure is in techinfo.

The oil pressure being pegged is likely a bad oil pressure sensor.

I agree that the wheel speed sensor is the most likely cause of the abs and traction control light. The dealer, or a well equipped shop should be able to pull a code for you.

I wouldn't be as quick to toss it aside because of these issues. There is nothing unusual in the list, and if you do the work yourself (none of it is very hard), it should be $300 to fix, with the hub being the most expensive.

I don't agree with Dude..

Is the place willing to reset the gas cap (typical evap issue on these cars) and look into teh wheel bearing?

Beyond the intermediate shaft...you are probably looking at $130 in parts to replace the bearing.

I forgot about the evap issue. Many times that has turned out to be the evap vent solenoid, near the back wheel. Taking it off, cleaning, lubing, and reinstalling often clears up the problem.
