Default Rocking Engine Forward...How?

Ok...what has to be done to the front engine mount to get the engine to rock forward? I have a set of PEMs I want to install along with new plugs.

the engine mount is designed like that, it is oil filled to dampen the movement of the engine.. remember, it is a luxury car and buyers wouldnt want to feel the engine snapping so much...

i dont have an actual answer of how to tighten it up, but im sure rogue or p-dad would have some great input

Just to clarify....How do I decouple engine from the front mount to allow it to tilt forward to get access to the rear plugs, etc.

You won't need to remove the motor mount to remove your rear manifold. Remove the alternator and the rear cover bracket.
If you want to remove the motor mount, simply support the engine with a block of wood and unbolt the mount. I found it easier to use a floor jack with a piece of pipe up against the mount engine support, in order to raise the engine enough to remove the rubber donut. You may even have to unbolt the bracket from the engine to remove it completely.
