Default Possible trouble?

When I turn the car on there is a chirping sound from the belt area. I had it replaced by the dealer for this when I bought it in February but it'* back. Sometimes at redlights the volts gauge dips below 14 volts to 12 and the temp gauge goes to like 220-230. I've been popping the hood when I get home for the past few days and the coolant raises almost to the top and it also bubbles or boils. I have to turn the car back on and let the fans run with the hood open to cool it off. Also, sometimes when I go to leave after I start it, I get a slight stumble/hesitation. Do I have a cooling issue or something wrong with the belt/tensioner, water pump, or alternater? Lastly. I know it'* bad but I did a few burnouts for the first time today. I turned off the traction control and eveytime I did one it would burn the tires for like three seconds then the engine almost like died for less than a second then came right back and accelerated fine. Is this normal? Some sort of engine or transmission protection? Thanks.......

Yes if you have a stock PCM you can only do a few second burnout then the 'abuse' mode kicks in pulling timing and cutting back the fuel. If you pull the front wheel sensor connectors off this will help or better yet get a custom PCM.

It sounds a lot like belt slippage since it affects more than just the water pump or alternator or powering steering pump. Replace the belt and inspect the tensioner, make sure it can move freely.

A stethascope sure helps in isolating a bad water pump, alternator etc.
