Is the shifter position indicator on the center console supposed to light up or just the indicator on the dash? If it is, mine doesn't. Any suggestions on how to change it? Also, after installing my IPOD charger one of my heated seats buttons doesn't light up anymore. Is that a changeable bulb?

Mine wnet out on my car too. You can take it apart and there is a tiny bulb down underneath the shift indicator. It is a pain to get out and in though. I was able to get a replacement at a local hardware store.

I count my blessings and thank God everytime i read a post about lights goin out in the cars... only part of my radio buttons are out..ones i dont ever use also

So there are supposed to be interior lights for the floor shifter I just thought GM was too cheap to do that. How hard is it to get to, to change the light.

but I think the answer to your question is yes they all have lights, and I am going to assume g you are 2000+ . In which case idk how to get to it.

Yeah sorry 03 SLE none of the lights for the floor shifter work.

Can someone post some specifics on how to get to it and also the part number on the bulb? Pontiac won't sell just the bulb so I need to know what kind of shop to get it from.
