foggy light covers
Hello again as I am not very knowledgable about cars I am glad to have found this place I have already gotten help for my windows. I have another possibly stupid question the covers for my front lights are very foggy, Is this ordinary? Or should I do something about it?

A buffing will be necessary, depending on how bad it is. I've seen great results from some high grit wet sanding, then buffing with a buffing wheel as mentioned above. If they're not that bad, you can make some slight improvements with a lens polishing compound that you can get at any auto store.
If its really bad, you'll need new lenses.
