Top of the block, so it'* leaking oil. This isn't a huge problem, there is no oil pressure at that point. When a gasket job is done, a dab of black RTV is put in each corner to seal it up. This is likely where it'* leaking. Other then making a mess, it wont hurt the engine. As long as your level does not drop to far. But we are talking about a small amount. You can RTV this area, but it may not last long, the oil will make it hard for the RTV to seal good.

Drivers side Dan. He said its next to the EGR valve. Which would be bank 2.
Mello, check your oil level. If its reading higher than normal, then the coolant may be going into your oil.
Another way to check for coolant/in oil, pull your oil cap off and look on the inside of it, if its got a milky substance in it, you got coolant in your oil.

Ahhh, coolant ports between LIM and UIM, one on each side of EGR stove pipe, is this is a NA engine. Cracked UIM. Plug ports or replace UIM. It will soon let go and hydrolock the engine.
