I was under the hood the other day and noticed that the fuel lines (feed and return) right by the trans dipstick are crimped. Does anyone else have this problem? (Looks like a straw that is bent with a crease.)

That doesn't sound good at all. I looked at mine & there are 3 lines that break out of the fire wall & have two radius bends ( no crimps ) that bring them straight out toward the front of the engine compartment. Two lines go the fuel rail, the 3rd goes to the evap purge valve.

Any idea on a part number to replace that those three lines?

I had my parts guy look up the part #'*. The feed line part # is 25704045 list price of 112.06. The return line part # is 25704046 list price of 99.51. You can also go to www.gmpartsdirect.com and get the feed line for 63.88 and return line will cost you 56.72. If you need the parts # for the evap line let me know and I can get it for you. Since the evap system is not a pressurized system I would not replace it till it starts setting a evap code. This is not the proper fix but, you could just cut the line where the kink is and install a rubber hose with hose clamps (not recommended on the fuel lines though).

I bought the car with these lines like this (still under the 3/36 warranty). The dealership doesn't want to replace them because "it'* not causing a problem." I told them that I'm running lean at WOT. They said that GM would deny the claim for the hoses since I have a MPS installed and that I "must of crimped the hoses when I removed the SC to install the pulley." I told them you do not remove the SC when swapping a pulley. *** UPDATE: They just called back with a quote to replace the lines....for parts and labor...$615 total!!!! LOL. ***

Anyway, I'm going to try my old dealer to see if they will fix these before I fix them myself.
