is this a stock motor???? have you broken mounts??? sounds like you may have another problem causing this... maybe a bad tranny mount causing too much strain on the front mount???

Also curious to hear your mods, you do know that the mount isn't solid and the motor is supposed to rock in it. Mine rocks a fair amount. There are couple guys in the club who have made their own solid mounts.

i have no real mods just an a cat back system with no mufflers. other than that it is all stock parts. i know the mount is oil filled and should rock but it rocks an awfull lot. to much for me. this was the second mount in one week to go bad there. if you can tell me where to get the solid mount i will get one of thoose. thanks for the help all.

The front mount is gel filled and designd to give qiute a bit. The torque from our engines is enormous and if you use a solid mount you may not like the way the car feels under hard acceleration.

That's in gear, brake on, rev to 3,000 rpm's. With no broken mounts. Your mounts are similar and in generally the same places as mine.
