Default 2000 SE seat change to SSEI

I bought 2 leather front seats from an SSEI (2000 model). Reason: Even though mine are leather as well, the new ones have seat heaters and are full electric. My lumbers are manual. Installed fine, electrical connections won't work. What should I do?

The heaters in the seats are controlled externally by an external controller. I believe the switches are in the center console. Where the controller is, no idea.

Hmmm, that part I'm not sure about. Someone should chime in soon that knows the 2000+ better than me.

best of my recollection, a new seat wiring harness has to be installed to convert from non-heated to heated seats.

I see a box underneath the seats. I'm thinking those are the seat heaters. Where can I find a wiring diagram for the seats ?

You would have to pay for it, but www.alldatadiy.com is the best source for schematics for DIY mechanics.
