Cleaning up the oil.
Just a quick background on what is going on here. During the install of my intercooler, a bit of fuel may have been introduced into the oil. This was problem number one. Then, I was unaware that the PCV system was blocked off (actually had no idea what it was at this time, I'm still learning), so the pressure built up, as did the gunk. I ended up replacing the valve covers and cleaning everything up, but I'm still getting gunk built up under my breather. I notice that it is starting to look more white than yellow. I've done 2 oil changes so far, one after the intercooler was installed, and one after the breather was put on.
My questions are do I just need to let the gunk clean itself up and keep cleaning the breather?
Is there a good way to a quick clean up of the oil system?

Ok, I wasn't sure if that was effective on cleaning the oil as well, or just carbon deposits. It seems like there are different ways of doing the procedure. I'm assuming this is the most accepted procedure? https://www.gmforum.com/normal-maintainence-138/sea-foam-procedure-283274/

I think you really need to deal with this PCV problem. Here'* a picture of a gen3 S2 LIM
Why they moved the PCV hole I will never understand. The fix looks easy enough. I wish I had known this was a issue when I made that LIM. Doing this should correct these problems. Not having the crank case vent is going to cost you power, among other problems

I'll have to talk to Trent and see if he will help me with this, I don't have the tools. I'd probably still want to run a breather even with this fixed though right? I believe Bill was saying that even with this fixed, it might not be able to keep up later down the road if I keep modding.

The PCV is a small hole, just look at how they did it. Little more then a grove. Yes, keep the breather, I'm running one. I have a friend here that has 2 breathers.

I would say take it all off. Working on your fuel lines will be easier then. My advice is, put the injectors and fuel lines on before you put the supercharger back on. It was a major pain getting those rails on with the supercharger in the way.
