Default Air Bag light

Is there anyway to scan the air bag system to tell me which one is causing the air bag light to come on. I think I know which one it is. My wife and I drove to central arkansas a couple of weeks ago, she laid the seat back, shortly there after the air back light came on. I am wondering if there is a connection that is pulled loose in that seat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i believe you will need a tech 2 to diagnose that which means off to the dealer to get hurt for $90+

There could be a connection that is loose or a wired got damaged. You can always pull the seat out and check. i would disconnect the negative terminal on you battery before you did that though.
