You don't suppose that this is part of the problem in your motor mount thread do you? Fuel starvation could be causing that rough running feeling!

If you're smelling fuel, something along the way to the fuel rail, or back from the fuel rail to the tank on the feedback system is leaking!

1) Look in your owner'* manual for the location of the hood release.

2) Pull hood release lever.

3) Lift up hood.

thats gotta be the best way to start finding the problem. ill start by checking where the hood lever is and find my fuel rail.

It'* the magic thingy that sends fuel to each fuel injector. It'* over and around the black plastic upper intake manifold. Oddly enough, it also has two fuel lines connected to it that go to the back of the car.

You might check the Fuel Pressure Regulator.

It looks something like this:

See what you find first before trying to locate the parts.

I've seen a number of things.. and with your engine moving excessively..it could be fuel line related.

Also.. if at all possible, don't wait. This is leaking gas we are talking about. Aka.. the fumes combust very easily. If you can smell it..there'* more than you want. You have spark plugs and hot exhuast manifolds on your car. The possibility of something igniting that fuel is higher than you want to risk.

Don't wait.. we would not like to hear about you being hurt.
